BRP Products, LLC is a limited liability corporation, that specializes in small runs of sports related products. Being a West Michigan company, the hunting, fishing, and outdoor sports related markets are close by.

As an avid boolit caster and reloader, I’ve worked with other knowledgeable people to develop our own line of boolit molds. I have been turning out molds for myself and Cast Boolit friends for several years. Our molds are cherry cut from 6061 T6 aluminum. Stainless steel pins and bushings are used for alignment. Sprue plates are 3/16 inch, O-1 tool steel. Low profile shoulder bolts, with wave washers, are used for both the sprue plate pivot and hold down ferrule. Locking set screws are provided. Mold blocks are cut to accept both Lee and RCBS type handles.

Being a caster, I’m well aware of the difficulty of breaking in and tweaking a new mold from some of the major players. Other than a good cleaning, to remove the last vestiges of machining oil, your paying for a mold that makes good boolits right off. We make sure that our molds are free of burrs, close correctly, and most importantly, that they drop a boolit to specified size. Sprue plates are hand honed and have their edges feathered before being correctly tensioned. Basically, good QC and attention to detail!

We are offering molds in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 cavity sizes. 3-Cavity molds are based on a 4-cavity block set. For big 458 caliber boolits, I highly recommend this option for better heat control. Hollow point molds are available for most all styles. We offer a single, adjustable HP pin system, or 2 and 4 cavity HP molds with fixed pin sizes. Hollow point performance is highly dependent on velocity and alloy. We can size your pin to your specific application if requested. If you would like us to size the HP pin for you, please provide your specifics on the order page. Special configurations will be quoted and made available upon request. Lyman/RCBS style, aluminum top punches are available on the pricing/order sheet if desired.

We currently have four pages of boolit designs that are available. These will be updated periodically. Members at Cast Boolits will recognize many of these designs from past group buys. These designs can be ordered at any time on an individual basis. Multiple designs and gas check shank removals can be cut into a multi-cavity mold at an additional cost.

We will be open to Group Buy mold runs. A minimum of 15 molds will be required to defray the tooling cost. Following the group buy, the design will be added to the normal production list. BRP Products will be the honcho of all group buys submitted here. Because we will be looking at future production, all designs will be reviewed and vetted for functionality, prior to acceptance.
